Lisa Parkinson

Lisa founded Montague in 2005 and has a career in corporate advisory, acquisitions, divestments and the development of new business initiatives. She has worked in corporate finance and funds management teams within investment banks and accounting firms, including Macquarie Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

She is currently a director of the following companies in which Montague is a stakeholder:

• Braendler Engineering, which offers inspection and condition monitoring services to the energy & utilities sectors in Australia and Europe.

Andrew Ashbolt

Andrew has specialised in the agricultural sector most of his working life. His past positions include General Manager with listed agricultural company Webster Limited, fund manager of Timbercorp's Primary Infrastructure Funds, asset & portfolio manager of Orchard Primary Infrastructure Fund.

Andrew has specific expertise in corporate finance and property management and has been responsible for capital raisings, negotiating funding facilities, asset acquisitions and disposals, due diligence projects and reporting to boards and investors. He has had hands on experience in a diverse range of commercial operations including agriculture, horticulture, viticulture, aquaculture, engineering supplies and heavy machinery. Andrew is Managing Director of Arrow Funds Management Ltd, the Responsible Entity for the Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund.

Roderick Lyle

Roderick is recognised as one of Australia’s leading commercial lawyers. He is a partner at Clayton Utz and has been a key adviser in a large number of significant mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions in Australia.

His work involves intensive strategic and tactical advice and project management skills, advising on and overseeing a wide range of corporate law issues, and interaction with senior management and boards of directors.
